Terms of use

Who we are

VevoLead is a product of VERAPLOT, a company based in France. Its details are in our legal notice. You can reach us at hello@vevolead.com.

What VevoLead is

VevoLead publishes free comparisons and reviews of consumer products to help you choose. We do not sell anything ourselves. When you buy a product, you buy it from the shop you are sent to, under that shop's prices, terms, delivery and return conditions. Questions about an order, a delivery, a warranty or a refund go to that shop or to the manufacturer.

How to read our comparisons

• They give our opinion on the date of publication, based on manufacturer specifications, prices and what buyers report. Unless an article says so, we have not tested the products ourselves.
• Prices, stock and offers change constantly, sometimes within hours. The price and conditions the shop shows when you buy are the ones that count.
• We work to keep our information accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, tell us and we will correct it.
• Nothing on VevoLead is medical, legal, financial or safety advice. For health, beauty or sports products, follow the manufacturer's instructions and ask a professional if in doubt.

Affiliate links and ads

VevoLead is free because of advertising and affiliate links. If you buy after clicking a product link, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Ads are served by Google. Neither one decides our verdicts. Everything is explained in our ads and affiliate disclosure.

Other websites

Our links lead to sites we do not control, such as Amazon and other shops, manufacturers or YouTube. We are not responsible for their content, products, availability or privacy practices.

Your account

Some features, such as commenting or voting, may require an account, created with your email address or by signing in with Google. You must be at least 16 to create one. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time at hello@vevolead.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Comments, votes and other contributions

You are responsible for what you post. Be honest and civil. Do not post anything that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, violent or sexually explicit, or reveals someone else's personal information;
• infringes someone else's rights, such as text or photos you do not own;
• is spam or advertising, or promotes your own business without saying so;
• misleads other readers, such as a review or vote you were paid or rewarded for, votes from several accounts, or pretending to be someone else;
• contains malware or tries to disrupt the site.

Moderation

Comments are reviewed before they appear. We may refuse or remove any contribution that breaks these rules. We never publish or remove a contribution because it is positive or negative about a product.

By posting, you allow VevoLead to display, reproduce and translate your contribution on the site and in our newsletter, worldwide and free of charge, for as long as it stays online. You keep your rights to it and can ask us to delete it at any time.

Reporting content

If you find content on VevoLead that you believe is illegal or breaks these rules, email hello@vevolead.com with the page address, the content concerned and why it should be removed. We review every report promptly and tell you what we decided.

If we remove or restrict your contribution or your account, we tell you why, and you can reply to contest the decision. This address is also our point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act, in English, French or Spanish.

Intellectual property

VevoLead's texts, design, logo and name belong to us. You are welcome to share links to our articles and to quote short extracts with a link to the source, but you may not copy or republish our content in bulk, or scrape the site, without our written permission.

Product names, brands and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products. Product photos come from the manufacturers or shops. If you hold rights on something shown here and want it removed, write to hello@vevolead.com.

Availability and liability

VevoLead is provided free of charge and as is. We may change, pause or stop any part of the site at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on our content, for products you buy from shops, or for interruptions of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Your personal data

How we use your data is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Important changes are announced on the site and, if you have an account, by email.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we will try to solve it together. Otherwise, the competent courts decide. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can go to the courts there.
